Things aren’t always the way we want them to be. But that doesn’t mean God lost control or He is no longer good.

Life gets messy and confusing and chaotic at times and it’s hard to find peace or rest in the middle of the storm. But God is right by your side. He is good and will work everything out for the good and for His glory. 

I know it’s hard to remember that sometimes, but I encourage you to pray to His goodness today. Believe in His mercy and grace because God is good. 

“And he said, “I will make all my goodness pass before you and will proclaim before you my name ‘The LORD.’ And I will be gracious to whom I will be gracious, and will show mercy on whom I will show mercy.” -Exodus 33:19

“For the Lord God is a sun and shield; the Lord bestows favor and honor. No good thing does he withhold from those who walk uprightly.” -Psalm 84:11
